. What are your thoughts on Rosé Wine? Do you like them?

Honestly we never liked them until our monumental day in Douro.. This wine from Pale de Lebre (Douro region-Portugal) is what made us fall in love with Rosé wine . No #RoséWine has been so captivating as this as of yet. It had the perfect balance of acidity, ever so slight sweetness & beautiful structure with aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry and strawberry) and floral notes. You can drink this wine with anything as it’s not too light or too heavy. If possible would have cases of this in our cellar. We had this with pizza and was divine!

✨This was our 2017 visit to Douro with wonderful memories being there with our dear friends and dearest late uncle who introduced us to this wine & winery, who we will miss very much and never forget him and our memories with him.✨

Grape Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, tinta roriz

Rosé Tips: serve chilled, pick a vintage year no older than 2 years, pick it from a region that makes some of your favorite red wines, pick higher than 11% ABV for dryer and darker pink for more structure Rosé. Try side by sides of 3 different Rosés for fun to compare!

Prova de terça-feira: Rosé. Este vinho Rosé de Pale de Lebre (região do Douro de Portugal) é o que nos fez apaixonar pelo vinho Rosé . Nenhum vinho rosé tem sido tão cativante até agora. Apresentava o equilíbrio perfeito de acidez, doçura leve e uma estrutura bonita com aromas de frutas vermelhas frescas (framboesa e morango) e notas florais. Você pode beber este vinho com qualquer coisa, pois não é muito leve nem muito pesado. Se possível, haveria casos disso em nossa adega. Tivemos isso com pizza e foi divino! . .
Esta foi a nossa visita ao Douro em 2017, com lembranças maravilhosas de estar com os nossos queridos amigos e o querido tio que nos apresentou a este vinho e adega, de quem sentiremos muito a falta e nunca esqueceremos. .
