Little Vineyards Big Bold Wines

We couldn't be happier that we stumbled upon such a wonderful Double Gold Medal Winner boutique family owned & run winery tucked away amongst the "Little" vineyards in a quaint town of Glen Ellen.

  We were so hospitably received by the wonderful Little Vineyards staff as they placed us among their gorgeous outdoor seating with tranquil views.  We tried everything that was available and left home with a wonderful variety of their wines to continue the experience. We can't say enough good things about this winery and the absolute deliciousness of their wines. Each bottle is truly a work of art and a wonderful expression of the uniquely divine Sonoma Valley terroir. 

Origins of Little Vineyards Winery: It was all a dream until 1996 the Littles purchased a 25 acre property in Glen Ellen. They have raised all four children on the property & restored the property’s century old farmhouse, planted 17.5 acres of grapes & Rich even found time to make a little music w/his bands. Eventually, Joan & Rich decided to blend their wine-growing knowledge w/the winemaking expertise of Joan’s brother, Ted Coleman (awesome winemaker btw!!). In the beginning, they experimented with small lots of wine, which received great praise from their family and friends.

 Zinfandel, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are the primary varietals planted on their vineyard. They also have a small block of vines that produce : Cabernet Franc, Montepulciano, Petite Syrah and Petit Verdot.

So happy to introduce you to such an outstanding winery and family in the heart of Sonoma Valley. 🍇 We absolutely LOVE EVERY SINGLE WINE they have. We offer a signature bottle of Little Vineyards wine at our Sonoma Alpaca Airbnb Farmstay and our guests are raving about it. We don't have a favorite because every single bottle is OUTSTANDING! From their delicious Rose to their bold Cabernet Sauvignon. And a BIG PLUS...they're dog friendly! We love taking our furbabes there and they absolutely love it too!
