Flashback to when we were blown away from our experience at Hamel Family Wines ... this is a must visit when visiting Sonoma wine country. (Reservations are required) . . Sonoma Valley & Moon Mountain AVA. Beautiful Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Other gorgeous wines that will enamore you.

Organic & biodynamic wine production with holistic vineyard care (ask about their tea & bull horn vineyard treatment) that you’ll learn about during their very informative tour . They ferment their wines in oak, steel & cement for wonderful multidimensional complexity in their wines.

Food & Wine Pairing, exquisite vineyard views, wonderful tour of their production site & fermentation caves. We enjoyed a delightful chef creation of delicious house-made ricotta cheese, locally grown olive oil & house made (mouth watering) crackers with hints of local hand gathered sea salt to pair along with their delicious wines.

We couldn’t leave without their delicious Zinfandel (Yas is a zinfan-gal). The quiet & peaceful vineyard, amazing outdoor patio- you won’t want to leave!
